First of all, there’s a change to how and what we report on the PlayStation Store charts, which Sony Interactive Entertainment publishes via its own PlayStation Blog. From now on, we will no longer rank PlayStation 4 games by downloads. Instead, we will also include the top downloads from Asia.

And in light of this change, it becomes clear just how successful Crimson Desert is worldwide. The title has not only reached number one in Europe, but also in Asia. Only in North America does it have to concede defeat to MLB The Show 26. The first-party sports game manages sixth place in Asia, but isn’t even in the top 20 in Europe.
