PlayStation Store Chats: 2XKO Breathes Some Fresh Air Into The Winter Lull

However, 2XKO cannot be described as having had a revolutionary start. The free-to-play fighting game from Riot Games ranks third in North America in terms of downloads, but only tenth in Europe in the PlayStation Store charts for January. What sounds like a good ranking for a new game in the highly competitive free-to-play market is, at the very least, a slight disappointment. After all, 2XKO is set in the League of Legends universe and is therefore one of the top brands in the gaming world.

The fact that the new entry of 2XKO is the most exciting thing the PlayStation Store charts have to offer in January speaks volumes. There was only marginal movement in the top spots on the PS5 lists, with the top positions remaining completely unchanged. This means that Arc Raiders, the frontrunner in the USA and Canada, has once again failed to overtake EA Sports FC 26 in Europe. Perhaps it will succeed next month.

PlayStation Store Charts: Arc Raiders Triumphs (Almost) in Europe

All eyes were firmly fixed on Battlefield and Call of Duty, but in December another game took the PlayStation Store charts by storm: ARC Raiders reached number one in North America and was beaten by just one title in Europe.
