The first game that Giants Software is publishing without developing itself is Project Motor Racing. This motorsport simulation is being developed by Straight4 Studios in the UK, whose CEO, Ian Bell, was heavily involved in GTR and Project Cars.

Racing fans can look forward to over 70 licensed cars from ten classes spanning different motorsport eras, as well as 27 scanned track layouts featuring weather effects, full day/night cycles and dynamic changes such as puddles and rubber build-up on the ideal line. There are game modes to cater for both sim racing pros and beginners, including single-player career mode, online multiplayer mode and ranked events. The Giants Engine 10 powers the game, featuring realistically simulated driving Physics (720Hz), including aerodynamics, tyre behaviour, vibrations and aquaplaning. The game also offers full mod support from day one. Using the Giants Editor, all user-generated content can be submitted via the in-game UGC portal. Each mod is tested by the developers before being made available for download.

This year is set to be a significant one for Giants Software, with three major releases planned, more than ever before in the company's history. On 4 November, Farming Simulator 25: Highlands Fishing will be released as both an expansion and a bundle with the main game. The latest addition will take players to the ruggedly charming Scottish Highlands. Project Motor Racing will launch worldwide on 25 November, and Farming Simulator: Signature Edition will be released on the Nintendo Switch 2 on 9 December. As usual, astragon will distribute the physical versions as Giants' partner.
