Nplay Games, the largest German-language YouTube channel dedicated to simulation games, is making its debut as a co-publisher with City Transport Simulator: Bus by ViewApp from Austria.

City Transport Simulator: Bus, developed by Austrian studio ViewApp and published in collaboration with Nplay Games, is set to launch on 11 June 2025 on PC. The game puts public transport at the heart of the gameplay. Players can take the wheel of officially licensed buses and manage operations behind the scenes, including route planning and vehicle scheduling. With CTS: Bus, the City Transport Simulator brand is expanding. For the first time, players will be able to experience trams and buses within one interconnected simulation. ViewApp is known for City Transport Simulator: Tram (published by Dovetail Games), as well as the three Aerosoft-published games: CityDriver, TramSim Vienna - The Tram Simulator and TramSim Munich - The Tram Simulator.

This marks Nplay Games' debut as a co-publisher. Nplay is the largest German-speaking YouTube channel dedicated to simulation games, boasting over 600,000 subscribers. "Our goal with this publishing label is to support smaller studios - not to compete with major publishers, but to give authentic projects the visibility they deserve," says Nplay CEO Ansgar Blauth. "Simulation games are our passion. City Transport Simulator: Bus fits perfectly into our portfolio - it's a project we truly believe in and feel personally connected to."

"We wanted a publishing partner who truly understands the genre - and that's exactly what Nplay offers," says ViewApp CEO Daniel Buda. "The collaboration has been open, constructive, and on equal footing. This isn't a typical publisher-developer setup - it's genuine co-working, and that’s what gives the project so much added value."

City Transport Simulator: Bus offers an urban game world with over 50 kilometres of drivable roads, 80 bus stops and a dynamic day-night cycle. Players can choose between Career and Sandbox modes, building their own routes using the route editor. The game supports a wide range of popular steering wheels and input devices from various manufacturers. Ports for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are expected in September 2025.
