Studios and publishers have until the end of the week to submit their products for the DCP, including entries for the international category. Nominations for Studio of the Year and Player of the Year are also still possible.

The submission phase for the Deutscher Computerspielpreis (DCP; German Computer Games Award) runs until Friday, January 17. Only games that have been submitted by this deadline will be considered for the selection of winners. This includes the international category, which, unlike the categories for German games, is not endowed with prize money.

After the submission deadline, the review phase will begin and conclude with the expert jury meeting on February 14. The main jury will then select the award winners during its meeting on March 12 and 13. The awards ceremony itself will take place in Berlin on May 14.

The timing differs for two categories: nominations for Studio of the Year and Player of the Year can still be submitted until January 31.
