Ab Mitte Mai will Sony Computer Entertainment den PlayStation-2-Verkauf mit einem neuen Farbmodell anheizen.

Ab 13. Mai wird die PlayStation 2 als Satinsilber-Modell erhältlich sein. Sony Computer Entertainment kündigte die neue Farbe am Wochenende an. Die unverbindliche Preisempfehlung liegt bei 159,99 Euro. Neben der Konsole können Fans auch Zubehörartikel wie Controller und EyeToy-Kamera im stylischen Silberlook kaufen. Für David Reeves, Präsident von Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, steht fest: "Das neue Satinsilber-Modell verhilft der Eleganz und Attraktivität von PlayStation 2 zu neuen Höhepunkten."
