After TerraScape with Stray Fawn, Instinct3 is again co-publishing its second game title - together with Ravenage Games. Megaloot, developed by solo dev axilirate, is a strategic inventory management game.

After their first publishing foray TerraScape, Instinct3 has announced their second published project at gamescom. While TerraScape was published in cooperation with Stray Fawn, Instinct3’s second published project Megaloot will also have a partner in the form of Ravenage Games. Megaloot is developed by solo developer axilirate and will release as early as 30 August 2024. The game is an inventory management title.

Elena Morina, CEO of Ravenage Games: “Megaloot is immediately captivating - once you start, it's hard to stop. We attach great importance to games having a high replay factor and that certain something. The mixture of tactical challenge and the urge to get better with every playthrough make the game irresistible to us.”

“The co-publishing constellation makes it possible to present the game properly and bring it directly to the right audience. Strategic partnerships and the development of such synergies are becoming increasingly important in an ever-changing and highly competitive market. By working closely together during the process, we were able to put our heads together and learn a lot from each other,” says Imad Khalil, Publishing Producer for Megaloot.

‘We are delighted that TerraScape has been so well received,’ says Melvin Frank, Head of Publishing at Instinct3. ‘With Megaloot, we deliberately opted for a title in a completely different genre. It was clear early on that there was an excellent match between the game and our creators. Megaloot therefore ideally complements our portfolio in order to expand our expertise across genres. Regardless of the genre, the potential for content creation is the most important evaluation criterion for our games.’
