Die Aktionäre der Online-Preisvergleichagentur Shopping.com haben der geplanten Übernahme durch das Internetauktionshaus eBay zugestimmt. eBay hatte Anfang Juni angekündigt, Shopping.com für 620 Mio. US-Dollar übernehmen zu wollen. Die Transaktion soll voraussichtlich am 30. August abgeschlossen sein.
