On 13 December, the Horror Game Awards 2025 took place in London. At the live-streamed ceremony, Austrian streamer René Wurz (Luigikid) moderated through the award show.

Big winner of the evening was Silent Hill f, which not only became game of the year, but also received several other awards, namely Best Narrative, the Technical Achievement Award and Best Performance for main actress Konatsu Kato. The only other dual-winner was Look Outside for Best Art Direction and Best Indie.

The Horror Game Awards were invented in 2022 by Phil Dickens and Will Penkeyman. The 2025 edition was presented by Lost in Cult.
