Der Casting-Boom im vergangenen Jahr wirkte sich positiv auf die Abverkäufe der Karaokospiele "SingStar" und "SingStar Party" aus. Mehr als 300.000 Exemplare gingen laut Sony Computer Entertainment Deutschland bislang über die Ladentische. 170.000 verkaufte "SingStar" und 135.000 "SingStar Party" machten die Titel zu echten Tophits im Portfolio.
