Sony Interactive Entertainment hat eine Preissenkung seiner VR-Brille PlayStation VR angekündigt. Ab dem 29. März wird die Verkaufsempfehlung um 100 Dollar bzw. Euro auf 299 Dollar bzw. Euro gesenkt.

Sony Interactive Entertainment geht in die VR-Offensive. Gut 18 Monate nach dem Start der PlayStation VR senkt das Unternehmen die Verkaufspreisempfehlung seiner VR-Brille PlayStation VR um rund 100 Euro. Die Preissenkung tritt zum 29. März in Kraft und gilt global. Damit sinkt der PlayStation VR-Preis in Japan von 44.980 Yen auf 34.980 Yen, in den USA von 399 Dollar auf 299 Dollar und in Europa von 399 Euro auf 299 Euro. Nach Unternehmensangaben erschienen seit Launch der PlayStation VR fast 300 VR-Spiele.
