Taking place at the Swiss Game Hub, the Gamespace Conference aims to provide a platform for sharing ideas and networking, while also shining the spotlight on Swiss games. The conference will offer a variety of talks, panels, game pitches and workshops focusing on development and business. According to the organisers, this is a dedicated infrastructure project for professionalisation, market access and connecting the Swiss and international game development scenes.

"Zurich and by extension Switzerland is home to successful game studios, but since the discontinuation of the Ludicious Festival, the GameZ and the Zurich Games Week, the region lacks a central, international platform. With Gamespace Conference we want to fill this vacuum and push us further into the lighthouse position for the Swiss game developer scene," explains the Swiss Game Hub association, the event's organiser. "We will soon open our call for content and provide more information about the Gamespace Conference."
