Am 22. Oktober 2005 will Tiger Telematics das Gizmondo-Handheld auf den US-Markt bringen.

Allen Unkenrufen zum Trotz zeigt sich Tiger Telematics optimistisch und kündigt den offiziellen Starttermin des Gizmondo für die USA an. Ab 22. Oktober soll das Spielehandheld in allen 50 Staaten verfügbar sein. Zudem erweitert der Hersteller nach eigenen Aussagen sein Vertriebsnetz in Großbritannien um die Händler Play.com und Maplin.
