Yield! Fall of Rome, the 4X strategy game from Norwegian developer Billionworlds and German publisher Daedalic Entertainment, will launch on Steam Early Access on 20 January 2025. The game combines strategic decision-making with accessibility, with advanced strategies rewarding skilled players. Daedalic Entertainment is marketing the game as a 4X game with particularly fast sessions without grind, and that the title is well suited for on-the-go play with Steam Deck support in mind.

"If you've ever grown impatient waiting for your workers to build a scout in 7 turns, Yield! Fall of Rome is the game for you. Forget endless micromanagement—every turn offers exciting decisions and impactful actions. Lead legendary tribes such as the Britons, Huns, and Franks against the all-mighty Romans, and dive straight into the heart of the action as you shape the destiny of the ancient world," the publisher said.

Daedalic Entertainment has been publishing games from indie developers for over 17 years, focusing on four distinct areas: Storytelling, Strategy, Co-Op and Wholesome. With an international team of around 45 employees, Daedalic is currently working on upcoming games including The Occultist, Woodo, Magin: The Rat Project Stories, Wild Woods and more. Recent releases include New Cycle, Barotrauma, Unrailed!, Reveil, Potion Tycoon, Inkulinati and Hidden Deep. Since April 2022, Daedalic Entertainment has been a subsidiary of the French publisher Nacon.
