The next VRHAM! Virtual Reality & Arts Festival will take place in Hamburg from 11 to 18 June. The new concept envisages a two-year cycle, with a specific genre of digital art in immersive space being focused on each time. In 2025, the focus will be on art and photography.

The vast majority of VR games are therefore likely to be of little interest at this year's VRHAM! Virtual Reality & Arts Festival in Hamburg, at least as long as it is not dedicated to the focus topic of art and photography. In any case, the Call for Project Recommendations will run until 3 March.

The festival and exhibition will then take place from 11 to 18 June in Hamburg's Oberhafen district. With the return of the VRHam! the festival has adopted a new concept. In the future, it will take place every two years and will focus on a specific genre in the field of digital and immersive art. Ulrich Schrauth is the artistic director. The festival is supported, among others, by the Hamburg Ministry of Culture and Media, the Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein MOIN film funding agency and the DKB foundation.
