Aerosoft's ski resort simulator is back in Winter 2026, offering a new mountain region to manage, officially licensed vehicles and multiplayer mode on PC and consoles. Winter Resort Simulator 3 is once again developed by Simuverse Interactive.

Aerosoft (Paderborn) and Simuverse Interactive (Vienna) have announced Winter Resort Simulator 3, the latest instalment in the classic winter resort simulation series from the studio. Due to be released on PC and consoles in winter 2026, WRS3 will take players to new peaks in the world of mountain and ski resort management.

"Winter Resort Simulator was our very first title, a game built from pure passion and love for simulation. WRS3 marks the beginning of a new era for a game series that has always been close to our hearts," said Maximilian Rudorfer, CEO at Simuverse Interactive.

"Built from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5, Winter Resort Simulator 3 sets new standards in the genre with breathtaking alpine environments, highly detailed vehicle models, and a massively expanded game world designed for both solo players and co-op teams," Aerosoft says. Players will take charge of a ski resort, handling a wide range of responsibilities such as driving officially licensed snowcats through dynamic weather and day-night cycles, operating lift systems, managing the flow of guests and upgrading the park.
