In a time full of gaming cooperations (from bundles with cards from famous PlayStation video games over the still-available Fallout TV series cooperation with characters from the show), Hasbro daughter Wizards of the Coast is reviving a crossover of Magic: The Gathering with one of their own brands: Their direct-to-consumer mail order service Secret Lair has announced a reprint set with two more characters from Baldur’s Gate III called the Roll for Initiative Superdrop. After Karlach and Astarion in August 2024, now Shadowheart and Gale get new reprint versions of their Legendary Creature cards, along with fitting other cards in their design. The Secret Lair drop also includes several other sets that are connected to either the older Baldur’s Gate game or famous Dungeons & Dragons campaigns outside video games.

The Secret Lair will go online on 9 February at 18:00 o’ clock CET.
