Rumours of a price drop had been circulating for several days, and now it has been confirmed. Microsoft is reducing the price of Game Pass Ultimate from $29.99 to $22.99, and from €26.99 to €20.99 per month. The price of PC Game Pass will also drop from $16.49 to $13.99, and from €14,99 to €12,99 per month.

However, there is a change. From this year onwards, new Call of Duty games will no longer be added to Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass at launch. "New Call of Duty games will be added to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass during the following holiday season (about a year later), while existing Call of Duty titles already in the library will continue to be available," Microsoft announced.
