btf Games Part of Around 60 Games at Wholesome Direct 2025

The next Wholesome Direct digital showcase will take place on 7 June as part of this year's Summer Games Festival. In addition to the date, Wholesome Direct also announced some of the 60 participating studios, including btf Games from Germany.
In the end, almost 1,500 submissions reached the Wholesome Direct team. From these, around 60 titles were ultimately selected to be featured at this year's digital showcase. This was announced by the organiser, which also sees its showcase as a platform for independent studios.
The showcase itself will take place on 7 June this year, starting at 9 a.m. Pacific Time. It is part of the Summer Game Fest and will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitch. Although there are no detailed announcements yet about which titles and studios will be participating, the organisers have revealed a few names. In addition to Playstack, ustwo games, Wētā Workshop, and Electric Saint, btf Games is also participating as a German company. It remains to be seen whether other studios from the GSA region will be participating.
According to the organisers, 375 titles have been presented to a global audience since the launch of the Wholesome Direct digital showcase. These have led to over one million wishlist additions.
