Monique Bernds will take up the position of Chief Growth Officer at 1SP Agency on 1 January 2026. She has almost 20 years' experience in international leadership roles in strategy, transformation, and commercial acceleration. Prior to joining 1SP, she was Managing Director of Combera Germany (Smollan Group), where she oversaw a full corporate restructuring. She also spent more than ten years at Microsoft, leading omnichannel, digital and retail partner marketing in over 30 markets.
