ATI Technologies und Hercules haben eine Kooperation beschlossen. Unter gemeinsamer Flagge sollen High-End-Grafikkarten hergestellt und vermarktet werden.

ATI Technologies und Hercules Technologies, Tochterfirma von Guillemot, haben eine strategische Partnerschaft zur Entwicklung und Vermarktung von Grafikprodukten beschlossen. Hercules will in diesem Zusammenhang ATIs Radeon-Technologie für seine "3D Prophet"-Grafikkartenreihe nutzen. Ferner erhält Hercules im Rahmen eines europäischen Exklusivabkommens die Vermarktungsrechte für ATIs neue All-In-Wonder-Produkte in Retail- und Distributionskanälen.
