Indigo 2025 Programme Finalised, Over 30 Sessions Announced
Camille Marjoux, Brendan Greene, and Fawzi Mesmar are among the speakers at the upcoming Indigo. Despite its familiar concept, this year marks a series of firsts for the Dutch B2B event: it will be held over two days, in a new city, and under a new organising body.
However, the core of the event remains unchanged. Indigo continues to aim at bringing together game developers from the Benelux region and beyond, fostering exchange and encouraging networking. For the first time, the event will span two days and be hosted in Rotterdam instead of Utrecht. These changes follow the closure of the Dutch Game Garden, announced in January. As a result, the organisation and responsibility for Indigo have been transferred to the Benelux Games Promotional Initiative.
With this expansion, Indigo will offer a significantly broader programme. More than 30 presentations are planned, divided into two tracks – Pink and Purple. The conference programme will be complemented by the Pitch Perfect platform, the Indigo Showcase, and various networking opportunities, including MeetToMatch.
The speaker line-up features a diverse range of representatives from both large and small studios. Among the most well-known are Camille Marjoux from EA Motive, Brendan Greene from PlayerUnknown Productions, and Fawzi Mesmar from Ubisoft. Additional speakers include (in alphabetical order): - Alisa Jefimova (Game Drive) - Andreia Gaita (Spoiled Cat) - Artem Pozhilenkov (tinyBuild) - Bertine van Hövell (Lost Again | DGA) - Bibbi Wikman (PlayCap) - Carmen van Sleeuwen (Roost Games) - Céline Veltman - Christel van Grinsven (Dutch Game Garden) - Franz LaZerte - Jeroen Derwort (Dutch Games Association) - Jim Hendriks (Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft Studio) - Joost van Dongen (Galaxy Grove) - JP van Seventer, - Laura de Looff (SOEDESCO Publishing), - Matthew Deboysere (Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF), - Maurice van der Boor, - Michael Bas (&ranj) - Philomena Schwab (Stray Fawn Studio) - Rami Ismail - Robin-Yann Storm (RYStorm) - Romy Halfweeg (Poki) - Ruben Runhardt (Vertigo Games) - Sasha Lewis (Twirlbound) - Shaun McDermott (Behaviour Interactive) - Susannah Montgomery (EIT Culture and Creativity) - Thomas Waterzooi - Timo Verschueren (Black Soup | Mostly Games) - Virginie Maréchal (Clever Trickster Studio) - Zeke Virant (MachineGames)
"We are delighted to have such expertise and passion returning to Indigo's line-up this year. It is a privilege that these industry legends take the time to visit Rotterdam and inspire our crowd at Indigo," says Martine Spaans, Board Member of the Benelux Games Promotional Initiative (BGPI).
