BAM! Entertainment hat die Übernahme von VIS Entertainment, dem Entwickler von "State Of Emergency 2", abgeschlossen. Zusätzlich hat BAM! das komplette Aktienpaket von SOE Development gekauft. SOE Development war gegründet worden, um die Entwicklung von "State Of Emergency 2" zu finanzieren. Mit der Expansion plant BAM! nun eine Erweiterung der Organisationsstruktur und neue Produktentwicklungen.
