"House of Games Berlin" Moves Into Historic Property, Steering Committee Sees Great Interest
Today, the location of the “House of Games Berlin” was officially announced in the presence of Berlin's Governing Mayor, Kai Wegner; the Mayor and Senator for Economic Affairs, Energy, and Public Enterprises, Franziska Giffey; and approximately 200 representatives from the gaming and creative technology industries.
The "House of Games Berlin" is moving into the historic Berlin property "LUX" (Rotherstr. 10, 10245 Berlin). Starting in 2026, numerous national and international companies from the gaming industry will occupy up to 15,000 square meters of shared and private space at this central location on Rotherstraße, directly adjacent to the Warschauer Straße S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. Renovation work on the building complex will begin shortly. The steering committee of the "House of Games Berlin" consists of medianet berlinbrandenburg e.V., Wista Management GmbH, game - Verband der deutschen Games-Branche e.V. (game - German Games Industry Association), and Ubisoft Berlin.
