On April 1, PulluP Entertainment is planning a change at the top. Former Deputy CEO Geoffroy Sardin will take over operational responsibility as CEO from Fabrice Larue, who will continue to define the company's strategy as Executive Chairman.

Geoffroy Sardin has been with PulluP Entertainment, the French holding company that owns publishers Focus Entertainment Publishing and Dotemu, as well as a total of six studios, including Deck13 from Frankfurt, since January 2024. However, Sardin also brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role, which he has put to good use in the past 12 months in transforming the company.

In his new role as Chief Executive Officer and corporate officer, which he will assume on April 1, the long-standing Ubisoft manager formally succeeds Fabrice Larue, who is not leaving the company but will continue to define the corporate strategy as Executive Chairman.

"In just over a year, Geoffroy has already had a significant impact on PULLUP Entertainment’s operations. He has led the Company’s transformation with conviction, focusing on more live content and structuring our creative studios," says Fabrice Larue.

And Geoffroy Sardin adds: "I extend my gratitude to Fabrice Larue and the Board of Directors for their trust, as well as to the incredible teams within the Group, with whom I have had the pleasure of working daily for the past 15 months. The long-standing success of our AA and Indie games is built on their quality and the demanding gameplay that passionate gaming communities appreciate. We intend to continue this winning strategy while further advancing the organization’s maturity and discipline. We are fully committed to rigorously executing an ambitious launch plan for the next fiscal year and the years to come."
