Der Bruchsaler Publisher führt die bereits beschlossene Kapitalrestrukturierung durch Zusammenlegung seiner Aktien durch.

CDV Software hat am 2.3.2007 eine beträchtliche Kapitalherabsetzung durchgeführt. Die Herabsetzung um 1.418.500 Euro von 1.620.000 auf 202.500 Euro Grundkapital war bereits am 6.11.2006 auf der Hauptversammlung des Bruchsaler Publishers beschlossen worden und wurde nun durch Zusammenlegung der Aktien im Verhältnis 8:1 durchgeführt.
