The Co.vision programme, launched in November 2025, supports pilot projects both financially and through structural and technical guidance in the form of workshops, presentation opportunities and networking events. The first such event has now taken place in Stuttgart, bringing together the teams behind the nine selected projects for a kick-off meeting. They will now implement their pilot projects by November whilst also taking part in workshops with experts and preparing an interim presentation and the closing event.

“Co.vision highlights just how relevant creative expertise is for the development of sustainable solutions,” says Dr Ellen Koban, Head of the Cultural and Creative Industries Unit at MFG Baden-Württemberg. “The selected pilot projects combine different perspectives, skills and sectors to form sustainable partnerships with genuine innovation potential. It is precisely at this interface that new forms of value creation emerge, strengthening Baden-Württemberg as a hub for business and innovation.”

Among the selected projects are two with a direct link to gaming: MyMilo is a gamified movement therapy for children with cancer, on which the medical start-up Herotion is collaborating with the digital agency b.ReX. And Zockbude – Mobile Gaming- und Medienbildung für den öffentlichen Raum (Mobile Gaming and Media Education for Public Spaces), a project by María Vallecillos Soldado of KulturRegion Stuttgart and the independent media artist Christopher Binder.

The other projects are ArchivRAG, Coalymer 3.0, Freizeit für alle, Green Sound-proofing, KI-netic Spirit, marnamic and VisibleRisk.
