The marketing and communications expert Markus Wilding will support the devcom team of game events in the future as Businss Consultant.

Wilding and Reichart announced their partnership with devcom, with Stephan Reichart and the team, including Roufina Guenkova, Nico Balletta, and Stephan Werle, on LinkedIn. Wilding wrote: "If you know me at all, you know that I’m a big fan of in-person meetings, events, and conferences. I strongly believe that there’s no better way to meet new business partners, grow established relationships, discover new projects, and learn from peers."

Markus Wilding is one of the most internationally experienced managers in the German games industry. After working for Saitek, Activision and Take Two Interactive in Germany, he took on international and global responsibility for PR at the Take-Two label 2K Games, first in London and later in the US. He then returned to Germany, where Wilding most recently served as Senior Director International Marketing and Commercial for the international marketing of the Private Division label.

Wilding recently announced that he would be supporting Playsense as an external consultant. Wilding is also part of Zoran Roso's ZR Consulting inner circle, meaning that Roso will call on Wilding for individual assignments as needed.
