Microids will distribute the retail version of Double Dragon Revive in EMEA, Australia and New Zealand. The French publisher has reached an agreement with Arc System Works.

The agreement that Microids has signed with Japanese publisher Arc System Works concerns Double Dragon Revive. Microids will handle retail distribution throughout the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region, as well as in Australia and New Zealand. This new partnership is in line with plans to offer publishing services to selected partners worldwide. Recently Microids initiated a Third Party Publishing Division and established a first partnership with Kwalee.

"This strategic partnership will enable Microids to strengthen its expertise in the distribution of retail games in Europe, by teaming up with renowned players such as Arc System Works. ‘ We are delighted to partner with Arc System Works to bring Double Dragon Revive to European gamers in physical form. This agreement represents a major step for Microids, illustrating our ambition to forge partnerships with international companies, in particular major figures in the Japanese industry, in order to extend our reach on a global scale," says Julien Renzaho, VP Business Development & Sales at Microids.
