Berlin-based indie studio Grizzly Games is celebrating over one million copies of Thronefall sold by releasing a final content update to mark the milestone. The two-person team will now focus on a new game.

The minimalist strategy game about defending a small kingdom without "unnecessary complexity" and with a "healthy dose of hack-and-slay" has also received over 18,000 positive (96%) reviews since its initial launch on Early Access in August 2023.
