The Baltic Games Fest 2025, which will take place in Neumünster, on 11-12 April 2025, still offers 20 free booths for indie developers. Ticket sales have also started.

Since August, indie game development teams have been able to apply for one of the free stands at the Baltic Games Fest. The first ten teams have already received confirmation. "We are really excited about the response we have already received," says Jens Bahr from Off the Beaten Track, who is responsible for coordinating indie teams for BGF. At the moment, there are still 20 free stands available. These include stand construction and branding, a monitor, participation in the Baltic Dev Talks, automatic qualification for the BGF Award and the networking event. Indie teams can apply for one of the free stands here.

Tickets are also available for trade visitors and gamers. For game developers, start-ups and professionals who want to attend the Baltic Dev Talks on Friday at 9:00 and the networking event, tickets start at €35.00. Day tickets for the Community Area are available from €10. In addition to the one-day and two-day tickets, there is also a family ticket for €20.

In cooperation with Seal.Games and Off The Beaten Track, Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH is organising the first Baltic Games Fest at the Holstenhallen Congress Center Neumünster on 11-12 April 2025. The Baltic Games Fest is the next step in the development of the B2B conference Baltic Dev Days, organised by Seal.Games in Kiel in 2019 and 2023.
