Die Nominierten für die Italian Video Game Awards 2023 sind bekannt gegeben worden. Die vom italienischen Verband (IIDEA) organisierte Veranstaltung findet in diesem Jahr zum elften Mal statt, und zwar am 6. Juli 2023, parallel zur B2B-Konferenz First Playable.
