Hamburg-based 1SP Agency has acquired promoPers, a Swiss agency specialising in retail, sales, personnel and channel marketing. By expanding into the Swiss market, the international marketing company not only strengthens its global presence, but also expands its service portfolio.

One day before Christmas, when most of the games industry was already on holiday, 1SP Agency announced the acquisition of promoPers. The Hamburg-based international marketing agency, which specialises in consumer electronics, gaming and technology, is thus further expanding its service portfolio, which includes PR, creator marketing, social media, AR/VR solutions, retail and channel marketing. The latter area in particular will benefit from the expertise of promoPers. In addition, the integration of promoPers into 1SP Agency lays the foundation for marketing activities in the Swiss market. The takeover sum was not communicated.
