Webedia's FYNG Caggtus Edition Will Showcase Over 20 Premieres
For the start of Caggtus in Leipzig, event partner Webedia is planning a major Find Your Next Game (FYNG) show featuring numerous premieres, including several world premieres. In total, Webedia is planning 26 hours of live shows from the convention.
Expectations are high for Caggtus in Leipzig, which begins today. After drawing nearly 15,000 visitors in its first year and 17,300 in its second, it will be interesting to see whether the convention breaks the 20,000 mark this year. However, online reach is also a key factor, one to which Webedia will contribute significantly once again. As an official partner of Caggtus, Webedia is planning more than 26 hours of live streaming from Leipzig.
The company is focusing on a variety of topics and formats. Content creators such as Doctor Froid, fisHC0p, and Smash Lunatic will take to the stage, for example, alongside developers from Toukana (Dorfromantik).
A special highlight will be the Caggtus edition of the FYNG show. FYNG (Find Your Next Game) is Webedia’s showcase format in which new titles are presented, announced, and sometimes even revealed for the first time. As GameStar editor-in-chief Heiko Klinge revealed on his own platform, there will be over 20 premieres in Leipzig, including several world premieres. Ann-Kathrin Kuhls and Maurice Weber will be the hosts on the Webedia stage and thus also of the FYNG show.
For the first time, the show will be accompanied by its own Steam page. "For us, the Steam feature is of course a real accolade, which shows the relevance our once-crazy idea has now achieved," writes Klinge on GameStar.
