However, the final word has not yet been spoken, and the last cent has not yet been counted. Traditionally, merchandise sales for the most important donation stream by German game creators continue even after the stream. So it will be a few more months before the final result of Friendly Fire 11 can be announced – the final result of FF10 was not confirmed until August 2025. However, the result communicated in the stream is once again outstanding, even if the current total remains below last year's record figure.

Project manager Lena Laaser appeared on camera at the end of the stream to announce the preliminary result. Including sponsorship money, merchandise sales and direct donations, the total stands at €1.75 million. What is remarkable is that direct donations alone brought in over €1.3 million, which is more than €100,000 more than last year.

The money itself will be distributed to the following organizations this year.

  • JUUUPORT e.V.
  • Queermed Deutschland
  • Civilfleet-Support e.V. / Leave noone behind
  • Tierschutzverein Goslar und Umgebung im Deutschen Tierschutzbund e.V.
  • Deutsche Gesellschaft für ME/CFS e.V.
  • PINKSTINKS Germany e.V.
  • Kindernothilfe e.V.
  • Friendly Fire Nothilfefond

The date for Friendly Fire 12 has also already been set. #FF12 will take place on December 5, 2026.
