Over the past 2.5 years, Torpor Games has raised a total of €470,000. This funding will primarily support the development and expansion of the Suzerain Universe IP.

Berlin-based Torpor Games has officially closed its pre-seed funding round. Ata Sergey Nowak, the company's Managing Director and Co-founder, wrote on social media: "Over the past 2.5 years, we raised a total of €470,000 to support the development and expansion of the Suzerain Universe IP. The majority of the round came in the form of convertible investments, which have now officially converted as of H1 2025."

They are grateful to the investors and angel advisors who supported them throughout their journey, including Denis Gier (their earliest angel backer), Martin Eyerer, Daniel Zacharias (Knife Capital), John Graham (Elbow Grease Games/EGG), Fernando Rizo, and Shum Singh (Agnitio Capital).

"The journey continues as we expand the Suzerain Universe across platforms and build on existing content. Through bold genre hybrids, we're growing the space we carved with Suzerain; welcoming new audiences into our evolving universe with experiences that challenge and provoke."
