With the Bundestag elections just around the corner, the game association is pushing ahead with its #gamechanger livestream format. Dorothee Bär, CSU Vice Party Leader and Vice Chairwoman of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group, has been announced as the next guest. The talk will take place on 11 February.

On 11 February at 16:00, Felix Falk, Managing Director of game - the German Games Industry Association, will talk to Dorothee Bär, CSU Vice Party Leader and Vice Chairwoman of the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group. The discussion will focus on the 2025 federal elections and the CSU's key themes. They will also discuss the CSU's plans for digital and games policy in the next legislative period, for which Dorothee Bär was responsible as Minister of State for Digital Affairs from 2018 to 2021. Half an hour earlier, from 15:30, Felix Falk will talk to creator Fabian Siegismund about political issues in the gaming community and how politics are perceived and discussed.

The #gamechanger talk aims to provide an overview of the parties' programmes and issues for the 2025 federal election. The first #gamechanger talk on the election took place on 17 January with SPD General Secretary Dr Matthias Miersch. This was followed on 27 January by a stream with Philipp Amthor, Member of the Bundestag and Member Officer on the CDU Federal Executive Board. Further talks will follow until the Bundestag elections. The #gamechanger talk can be watched on Twitch.
