Early Bird Ticket Sales for Gamescom Asia Until Mid-September
Starting now and until 16 September, trade visitor tickets for gamescom asia can be ordered at early bird prices. The price tiers are unusual, as access to the business area is free of charge if you book in advance. However, the free option does not include access to the entertainment area or to the conference.
For the first time ever, gamescom asia will be held in conjunction with the Thailand Game Show this year, and as ticket sales have now begun, visitors should be prepared for changes to the price tiers. However, this does not necessarily mean that tickets will be more expensive.
On the contrary: the Business Visitor Ticket is free of charge, provided it is ordered in advance. Those who purchase their ticket on site will have to pay 25 US dollars. However, all trade visitors must prove on site that they are there for business reasons. The Business Visitor Ticket is not a cheap way to get to the show floor to see the games, as it does not entitle the holder to visit the entertainment area. Tickets for this must be purchased separately.
The situation is different for the two trade visitor ticket levels, which are not free of charge. These tickets also give visitors access to the entertainment area and the b2b party. They also allow visitors to attend the trade conference, which is not the case with the Business Visitor Ticket. The paid tickets are available in VIP and Conference Delegate tiers and cost just under £1000 and £100 respectively during the early bird period. The early bird offer ends on 16 September. After that, prices will increase by £100. Those who purchase their tickets on site will even have to pay £200.
The VIP ticket offers access to the VIP Mixer on 16 October and permanent access to the VIP/Speakers Lounge with amenities such as a premium lunch.
