gamescom – across industries is another side event of gamescom taking place 2025 for the first time.  Organised by gamescom LAN partner TaKeTV, gamescom across industries builds bridges between the industry and agencies and branded goods, giving them easier access to the world of gaming and its players.

One of the factors contributing to the success of the gamescom is that it is more than just a trade fair or an event. And in 2025, the range of offerings under the gamescom umbrella will be expanded even further. As TaKeTV has now announced, another new side event is planned for the Thursday of the trade fair. Under the name gamescom – across industries, an invitation-only event will take place, aimed at decision-makers at branded goods companies and agencies.

The event consists of various parts and includes three panels, as well as guided tours of the trade fair in groups of 20 to 30 people and networking opportunities. It will take place on Thursday at the Congress-Centrum Nord (congress centre north), where the gamescom congress used to be held before moving to the new Confex venue last year, along with devcom. Details of the programme have not yet been announced.

"We see ourselves as bridge builders in the gaming scene. Our goal is to introduce more non-endemic brands and agencies to our culture and show them how they can become part of our world. In this way, we want to build strong partnerships and connect people," writes TaKeTV founder Dennis Gehlen on LinkedIn. TaKeTV is one of Koelnmesse and game's partners in the realisation of gamecomLAN. The company also organises its own b2b events on the topic of games and esports in Saturn's Xperions.
