Esports Agency Z1mt Winding Down Operations at End of March
Two years after its founding, the esports agency Z1mt, a subsidiary of Gute Gesellschaft, has announced it will cease operations at the end of March. Charles Dalton and founder Karina Ziminaite plan to share their next steps "soon".
Charles Dalton and Karina Ziminaite announced the closure of esports agency Z1mt via LinkedIn. In their post, they explicitly thanked the co-founders and partners of Gute Gesellschaft, the former i3 Holding, the parent company of Instinct3.
"From weekly meetings to events, workshops, shared successes and challenges, we have navigated this journey together, learning and growing along the way. Thank you for all the support. Though this chapter is coming to a close, we deeply appreciate the time, effort, and trust that went into building the backbone of Z1mt," the LinkedIn post states.
Nothing is currently known about the exact future plans of Dalton and Ziminaite. According to their own statements, they remain "best work homies" and plan to reveal more about their next professional steps "soon".
Alongside Instinct3, Eintracht Spandau, Brav3 and the Bright Up Agency, which was founded in 2024, Z1mt was one of the pillars of Instinct3 Holding, which renamed in Gute Gesellschaft in December 2024. The company is always open to further start-ups, which are usually carried out with other partners. Eintracht Spandau was founded together with Jung von Matt Nerd, and the merchandising company Brav3 is a joint venture with Universal Music.
Update: In a previous version, it was stated that Charles Dalton was also a co-founder of the agency. However, it was founded exclusively by Karina Ziminaite in collaboration with the former i3 Holding (now Gute Gesellschaft). We apologize for this mistake.
