Gameswelt veteran Felix Rick is changing ships: After 15 years at Web Media, he joins competitor Webedia as Creative Lead Shows & Formats to develop new livestream shows and formats.

The company behind several magazines and formats like GameStar, GamePro and the recent FYNG Show at gamescom has recruited a new veteran: Felix Rick, part of the games media business for 22 years, starts as Creative Lead Shows & Formats for Webedia in September. Rick is known from his work as TV-Host and Editor at Giga Digital Television many years ago as well as his recent position as a Creative Director for Gameswelt at competitor Web Media.

At Webedia, Rick is supposed to new formats, especially in the livestreaming area. “We can see how well received our international FYNG format was, especially at gamescom, and are looking forward to further expanding this potential with Felix's experience. Felix will help us reach the next level in live streaming and connect Webedia even more internationally. His extensive experience with branded content will help us to inspire both gaming and other customers with creative and innovative concepts”, Nina Schild, speaker for the company, comments the transfer.
