Gemma Brown and Rob O'Farrell to Become New Co-CEOs of Dovetail Games
PulluP Entertainment has set the course for the leadership of its subsidiary Dovetail Games: long-standing executives Gemma Brown and Rob O'Farrell will take over CEO responsibilities from Jon Rissik.
Almost two years after its acquisition by PulluP (in German)—then still operating as Focus Home Entertainment—a leadership change is on the horizon at Dovetail Games. Long-standing CEO Jon Rissik will be leaving the company. Going forward, his responsibilities will be shared by a dual leadership team consisting of two co-CEOs: Gemma Brown and Rob O’Farrell, both of whom have held senior positions at Dovetail Games for more than a decade.
Brown most recently served as COO, overseeing operations, while O’Farrell was Chief Development Officer, responsible for development. Their appointment as co-CEOs is therefore a natural progression.
"The appointment of Gemma and Rob is a pivotal moment for Dovetail Games and reflects PulluP Entertainment’s commitment to promoting exceptional internal talent. Their combined expertise and deep knowledge of the industry will be major assets for the studio’s future," says Geoffroy Sardin, Deputy CEO of PulluP Entertainment.
