Since its release at the end of August 2025, Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater from Konami Digital Entertainment has sold over two million copies across all platforms.
Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater has achieved global sales of two million units across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam), according to internal sales tracking by Konami Digital Entertainment. The game was released on 28 August 2025. It is a remake of the chronological first game of the series from 2004.
Konami is planning to release Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Volume 2 on 27 August 2026 for PC (via Steam), PlayStation 5, Switch 1|2 and Xbox Series X|S. The collection includes the rise to infamy of "Big Boss" in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (HD Collection version), as well as the conclusion of "Solid Snake's" story in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Each game comes with a Screenplay Book containing the text from the respective title, as well as a Master Book offering insights into the story and characters.
