Beim Erfolgsfranchise "Need for Speed" scheut Electronic Arts keine Kosten. Für den neuesten Teil, "Most Wanted", engagierte der Publisher das Fotomodell Josie Maran sowie weitere Hollywood-Profis.

Electronic Arts inszeniert "Need For Speed: Most Wanted" hollywoodreif. So wird Fotomodell und Schauspielerin Josie Maran (u.a. "Van Helsing") die Rolle der Fahrerin Mia übernehmen. Aufwendig vor einem Greenscreen gedreht, werden die Szenen von Maran und weiteren Schauspielern nachträglich ins Spiel integriert.

Verantwortlich für die Aufnahmen sind Regisseur David Footman, Kamerman Brian Pearson und Visual-Effects-Profi Habib Zargarpour. "Need for Speed: Most Wanted" soll im November 2005 für PlayStation 2, Xbox, Xbox 360, GameCube, Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance, PlayStation Portable und PC erscheinen.
