WalkOn media publishing konnte für den Titel "Das Eulemberg-Experiment" professionelle Sprecher engagieren. Wolfgang Pampel, die deutsche Synchronstimme von Indiana-Jones-Darsteller Harrison Ford und Dallas-Darsteller Larry "J.R." Hagman, übernimmt die Rolle des Hauptcharakters Adam Quinn. Für die Stimme von Erika, Dr. Eulembergs Assistentin, steht derzeit Ingrid Metz-Neun im Studio. Sie ist die deutsche Synchronstimme von Marilyn Monroe. Die übrigen Charaktere des Spiels werden von zwölf weiteren professionellen Sprechern vertont.
