With an exclusive event for Narrative Design workers, the association Narranauten is announcing their own conference. InErGa will take place in September in Leipzig. For keynotes, Dom Schott, Falko Löffler and Tim Schuchert have already been confirmed.

The Saxonian Narrative Design association Narranauten has announced a new conference: InErGa, short for “Interaktives Erzählen in Games” (Interactive Narration in Games), will take place for the first time 20 September 2025 at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Leipzig, Nordstraße 3-15. According to the organisers around Narrative Design professor Marcus Klöppel, InErGa has emerged to “discuss the status quo and the future potential of interactive storytelling”.

The event will be exclusive to game workers that can proof connection to the topic of Narrative Design and is open for 50 people at its premiere. The first keynote speakers have also already been announced: Namely journalist Dom Schott, game writer and translator Falko Löffler and Narrative Designer at Ubisoft and formerly Crytek Timo Schuchert. Tickets can be reserved right now through Eventbrite.
