Content creator agency Content Affairs is organising a new Gaze & Games Summit at Xperion Cologne about women and other marginalised groups in the creative and gaming industries. Topics discussed on the four announced podium discussions include Diversity & Inclusion in Games, Mental Health & Resilience, Crisis Management & Visibility, Responsibility, Safer Spaces & Community, Content Creation & Partnership Management, The Future of eSports and Cross-Media between Games, Film, Music, and Tech.
The Gaze & Games Summit takes place on 17 December 2025. Tickets for the event are available online right now.
In a separate program with LetsPlay4Charity, the summit us collecting donations for women's shelters in Cologne as well as HateAid.
The event is supported by the City of Cologne, Film- und Medienstiftung NRW and several other partners from the NRW entrepreneurial scene and games event landscape.
