In two weeks, NG24 Spring will take place in Malmö. The conference programme is starting to fill up, with more than 150 speakers already confirmed. They will be discussing specific topics in two-person conversations, and speaking on panels about current gaming issues such as venture funding or growing consumer expectations.

As the 20th anniversary edition of Nordic Game, NG24 Spring, 21 to 24 May in Malmö, Sweden, draws closer, the organizers have announced that more than 150 speakers have been lined up for the show. More than 2500 participants have already registered for NG24 Spring.

The Nordic Game Conversations will feature two experts sharing their expertise. Adam Boyes and Alexander Bergendahl delve into the challenges of preserving legacy while fostering innovation in the midst of an industry recession. Rami Ismail meets Casey Al-Kaisy for a conversation about our industry and how we can improve. Rebellion's Head of Design, Jordan Woodward, and Bobby Thandi, Founder and CEO of XR Games, discuss how Rebellion brought its Zombie Army franchise to VR. Elvira Björkman and Nicklas Hjertberg, the two composers from Two Feathers Studio (Metal: Hellsinger), talk about the technical implementation of interactive music.

Another important part of this year's programme is devoted to panel discussions. The panel "Maintaining development costs while meeting the growing expectations of consumers" will focus on various tools to maintain and possibly reduce development costs while increasing player engagement - with Emma Farrow (Avalanche Studios), Carlos Estigarribia (Kokku), Fabien Leine (Xbox), Fatima Demina (Devoted Studios), Rime Al Shikh (Begin AI) and moderated by Jeff Hilbert (Starting Point). Another panel will focus on venture funding. It will provide insights into the opportunities and challenges of raising venture funding - with Mack Growen (London Venture Partners), Susana Meza Graham (Aldeon), Karl Magnus Troedsson (Behold vc) and moderated by Jason Della Rocca (Execution Labs). Elisabet Gretarsdottir (DICE - EA Games), Julien Wera (Moon Rover Games), Shams Jorjani (Fools Quest) and Jenny Österlund (Game Boost Sweden) will discuss the future of the games industry, moderated by Thomas Bidaux (ICO).
