Before the end of the year, Games/Bavaria has a new team lead: Robin Rottmann takes over the lead of the initiative, which is based at Medien.Bayern.

The name Robin and Games/Bavaria seem to go well together. Until 2021, Robin Hartmann, now at devcom, was responsible as team lead. At his side at the time was another Robin: Robin Kocaurek. So after a phase without “Robins”, Games/Bavaria is now once again being managed by a Robin: Robin Rottmann has taken over the position as Team Lead Games/Bavaria at Medien.Bayern.

Rottmann brings a wealth of experience with him: after his time as a senior PR consultant at the agency SZ Scala, which looks after Nintendo, he worked for Headup Games for almost two years as label manager and most recently as head of MarCom. At Medien.Bayern, Robin Rottmann reports to Lina Timm, managing director of Medien.Bayern, who took over the operational management of Games/Bavaria on an interim basis while the company searched for a new team lead.
