Focus Entertainment Publishing and Plaion have collaborated several times in the past and, according to the companies, achieved strong results, for example with the distribution of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. Now, both companies are expanding their partnership with a new agreement.

The new agreement places the worldwide distribution of new, physical Focus Entertainment Publishing games in the hands of Plaion. The first game covered by the new contract is John Carpenter's Toxic Commando, which will be released on March 12, 2026.

"Over the years, Focus Entertainment has built a reputation for delivering distinctive, high-quality games supported by strong, long-term partnerships. Plaion has consistently complemented our ambitions with solid market execution and deep regional expertise," says  John Bert, Managing Director Focus Entertainment. "This enhanced partnership places Focus in an even stronger position to scale our publishing impact worldwide and to continue driving momentum across our portfolio."

And Craig McNicol, CEO Plaion Partners, adds: "We couldn’t be prouder to take this step with Focus Entertainment, expanding our collaboration into a worldwide mandate. Our success distributing Space Marine 2, among other titles, across key territories showed the strength of our partnership, and this new global role reflects the trust we’ve built together. We’re looking forward to the future together and delivering seamless worldwide distribution solutions for Focus Entertainment’s outstanding portfolio."
